HAVE YOUR SAY ON THE PROPOSED VISION AND STRATEGY FOR THE WAIKATO RIVER


It is important that those who are influenced by the Waikato River and those who have influence over it take opportunity to comment on the proposed Vision and Strategy released by the Guardians Establishment Committee on Wednesday 6 May 2008.

You can make comment by attending a meeting organized by the Committee (see below) or by providing written submissions to the Committee on the proposed Vision and Strategy.

Written submissions must be in the hands of the Committee by 4:00pm on Friday 23 May 2008.

We can assure you that the Committee will give full consideration to all submissions received within the context of our Terms of Reference.

Your submission will help inform the Committee to develop a final Vision and Strategy. When that version has been completed, the Committee will present it to Waikato-Tainui and the Crown for their respective approval.
